Unwanted comments.

On almost every one of my posts here it seems like someone is telling me how cool my post is and trying to direct me to some website (no doubt where they wish me to buy something). If anyone has any idea how to keep this from happening I would be very interested in finding out. I have enough commercials on my TV, I don't need them in my web log.

On blogger.com (in your account) you can go to the settings tab and then there are tabs (categories under that). Go to comments and you can change your settings there. I have mine so that only registered users can comment. I also have word verification (where an actual person has to copy random letters) so that bots can't spam my blog (and it hasn't happened since I changed my setting).

As for what you can do with the spam you already have on there, you should be able to delete it. There should be a little trash can picture by people's comments and you should be able to click on that and delete the spam posts.

I hope this helps. :) Dilger told me most of it before. . .
